Originally from Northern California, Christian Ferretti is a highly acclaimed Director, DP, and Photographer currently based in both New York City and Los Angeles. His journey into photography began as an assistant to some of the industry's most renowned photographers, including Steven Klein, Annie Leibovitz, and Craig McDean, where he honed his craft and developed his signature style.

 

Influenced by his love for 90's photography and the chiaroscuro lighting of Giallo Italian Cinema, Ferretti has created a distinctive vision that is both conspicuous and sensual. Christian is widely celebrated for his exceptional skill in lighting design, which seamlessly transitions across a spectrum of aesthetics. From the meticulously crafted lighting of studio shoots to the evocative drama of cinematic compositions, and the pure, unadorned beauty of natural daylight, Christian's work demonstrates an unparalleled versatility and mastery of his craft.
